Welcome to Moorhead, Moorhead!

I'm sure I'll catch heck for this. That's what I get for moonlighting as a printmaker and printing invitations at 1 in the morning on a school night! Hopefully it is an endearing mistake! Just for the record: Moorhead is in Minnesota :)

Address

Unfortunately postcards do not have a return address :(
If anyone would like to know our address, it is as follows

300 8th Street South #9
Fargo, ND 58103

Postcards and Announcements

Postcards are en route! If you already have one in your hand know this- it is one of a kind!
I(Sara) screen printed the image and utilized recycled paper. Rather, re-purposed paper (some with background images, some without) were left over papers from old printmaking projects that didn't work out, but I couldn't bear to part with...until now!

Details (somewhat vague) and contact info

1.A handmade celebration featuring: Outside ceremony and cook out in Gooseberry Park (100 22nd Ave S.) in Moorhead, Mn. Around 3pm.

2. Pitch-in Dinner. We want you to be involved! We need help prepping, grilling, and serving food. These positions are unfortunately without benefits :( We encourage all guests to bring their favorite vegetable and/or fruit to share as we will be grilling up veggie skewers and concocting a marvelous fruit salad. Main dishes are still being kept secret at this time. For those traveling: Please don't worry about this! We simply want you there! Plenty of food will be provided : )

Getting Hitched June 20th 2009

Greetings friends and family. Joseph Curry and I have made the decision to share our love and commitment and get hitched! We are planning an event for June 20th, 2009 in Fargo, ND. We are in the beginning stages of planning 'the big day' so far we have established that we will have a casual outdoor wedding, bicycle parade, and pitch-in dinner (sort of potlucky type dining). I will post more as details arise.

In Like a Lion

Thanks to the Moorhead School District, I have received 2 snow days in a row. Conveniently timed as I had spent the weekend recovering from a terrible head cold.

Winter at this point is most certainly loosing it's charm. Just as we were getting reminders that spring inevitably will return, unfortunately it is in no real hurry to get here. Positive signs include: preparation for spring flooding (maybe not so positive), a giant electronic billboard with tulips on it boldly stating that Spring will arrive in 7 days, in my planner I had strategically placed a list of seeds to order in anticipation of some gardening this summer.
